Shipping Policies (Mexico & U.S.)

At Puzzlemania México, we are committed to delivering your custom products in perfect condition under strict protection standards. Below, we detail the terms and regulations governing our manufacturing, shipping, and distribution processes for both domestic and international orders.

Manufacturing Transparency Guarantee: As custom-printed products, Puzzlemania México requires up to 72 business hours exclusively dedicated to manufacturing and quality control inspection once the purchase order is confirmed and image files are approved. Estimated delivery time begins after carrier pickup.

Customer Proofing & Follow-Up Clause: The 72 business hours production lead time begins exclusively after the customer formally approves their graphic preview or photo editing. If the customer delays responding to our inquiries, requests late image edits, or provides incomplete shipping details (apartment numbers or missing phone numbers), the order will be placed on hold without constituting grounds for penalty or refund.

1. Domestic Shipping (Mexico)

Domestic shipping within Mexico is operated primarily by Estafeta and Paquetexpress:

  • •Standard Shipping ($99 MXN): Estimated transit of 5 to 7 business days after pickup.
  • •Express Shipping ($190 MXN): Estimated transit of 2 business days after pickup.

Free Shipping in Mexico: On orders over $999 MXN, Standard Shipping is 100% free. Customers can upgrade to Express by paying a $40 MXN adjustment fee.

2. International Shipping (United States)

All U.S. shipments are operated exclusively by UPS (United Parcel Service) for reliable door-to-door delivery:

  • •UPS Standard Shipping ($25 USD Flat Rate): Estimated transit of 8 business days following carrier pickup. Delivery times may scale with purchase volume.

Complimentary U.S. Shipping: On orders equal to or exceeding $199 USD, UPS Standard Shipping is 100% free.

USMCA Customs & De Minimis Rule (< $2,500 USD): Under USMCA laws, retail orders under $2,500 USD imported into the U.S. are exempt from duties and taxes for the end customer.

Orders Over $2,500 USD: If your purchase exceeds $2,500 USD, please contact us via WhatsApp prior to ordering to review import logistics.

3. Carrier Liability & External Delays Disclaimer

Delivery timelines displayed on our site are approximate estimates provided by independent transport carriers. Puzzlemania México is fully exempt from operational or legal liability for transit delays caused by:

  • •Severe Weather & Acts of God: Storms, hurricanes, floods, natural disasters, or extreme weather conditions affecting courier transit routes.
  • •Force Majeure Events: Highway blockades, transport strikes, unexpected customs holds, border inspections, or national security checks.
  • •Customer Inaction or Delivery Errors: Incorrect shipping addresses, absent recipients upon delivery, missing phone numbers, or delays in customer proof approval.

No Cancellation Due to Transit Delays: Under no circumstances will transit delays caused by external couriers, weather conditions, or delayed customer communication grant the right to order cancellations, refunds, or shipping fee compensation.

4. Remote Areas, Bulk Orders & Local Pickup

  • •Extended Area Surcharges: If the recipient zip code is designated as remote or extended by the courier, we reserve the right to request additional coverage fees before shipping.
  • •Bulk Orders (Over 10 Items): Lead times will extend based on production volume and must be agreed upon in writing prior to payment.
  • •Local Pickup: Free store pickup is available in El Mante, Tamaulipas (48 to 72 business hours after confirmation).
