Accessing, browsing, and acquiring products through this website grant the condition of user and imply the full and unconditional acceptance of the provisions included in these Terms of Service. We recommend reading this agreement carefully before initiating any commercial transaction.
Consent Statement: Puzzlemania México reserves the exclusive right to update, modify, or replace any section of this regulatory document without prior notice. It is the sole responsibility of the user to periodically review this section to stay informed about the current commercial guidelines.
1. Overview of the Digital Contract
These general terms and conditions govern on a mandatory basis for all website visitors, including, but not limited to, browsers, end customers, suppliers, and content collaborators. The use of the web services constitutes the legal formalization of this agreement.
2. Conditions of the Commercial Platform
By validating a transaction in our online store, the user represents that they are of legal age in their state or province of residence. Furthermore, the following operating conditions are established:
- •Commercial Right of Admission: We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any purchase order that, at the administration's discretion, represents an operational risk, indications of fraud, or violates the internal policies of the company.
- •Accuracy of Information: All information provided by the customer for billing and delivery processing must be accurate, complete, and up to date.
3. Custom Products and Manufacturing Regime
Due to the handcrafted and exclusive nature of our items, production strictly conforms to the visual files and specifications provided by the buyer.
Express Approval and Fixed Dispatch Clause: As part of our quality control, Puzzlemania México will send a photographic memory of the fully finished product prior to its logistical collection for customer visual validation. The user will have a peremptory limit of 24 continuous hours from the sending of said notification to express any anomaly. In case of not receiving a response within the indicated period, the order will be processed and shipped in its current state, exempting the company from subsequent modifications. Design changes are not allowed once the production process has started.
4. Price Structure and Financial Transactions
The prices published in our digital catalog are subject to financial modifications without prior notice due to the cost of supplies. Puzzlemania México reserves the right to discontinue or modify technical specifications at any time. Additional charges for freight or applicable taxes will be transparently broken down at the final checkout gateway. All transactions are processed through secure encryption environments provided by certified payment processors.
5. Logistics and Distribution Provisions
The shipment of goods is entirely governed by the guidelines established in our institutional Shipping Policies. We commit to delivering the shipment to the corresponding courier within the agreed times; however, any delay arising from accidents, operational failures, or coverage issues of the external carrier will not constitute a breach by Puzzlemania México.
6. Warranties, Returns, and Exclusive Replacements
No Refund Clause: As these are goods manufactured to order with consumer specifications, no monetary refunds or cash purchase cancellations are offered. Our policy covers exclusively the Physical Product Replacement. If the puzzle presents obvious manufacturing defects, defective materials, or a proven absence of components, the customer must initiate the claim process according to the terms stipulated in our Return Policy for the withdrawal of the affected item and the subsequent delivery of a replacement piece.
7. Intellectual and Industrial Property
All content displayed on this platform, including, but not limited to, text, vector graphics, source code, typographic combinations, graphical interfaces, logos, and commercial images, represents protected intellectual property of Puzzlemania México. Its reproduction, exploitation, or distribution without prior written authorization from the rights holders is strictly prohibited.
8. Usage Restrictions and Service Modifications
The use of our products or digital assets for illegal, fraudulent, or unauthorized purposes within the jurisdiction of Mexican territory is strictly prohibited. Furthermore, the administration is empowered to interrupt or suspend the service partially or completely to carry out maintenance work or technical updates, without incurring liability toward users or third parties.
9. Limited Liability and Applicable Law
In no event shall Puzzlemania México, its directors, or collaborators be liable for incidental, direct, or indirect damages arising from the use or inability to use our services.
This commercial contract is governed by and construed under the regulatory framework of the laws in force in the United Mexican States. Any controversy, litigation, or legal claim arising in connection with this agreement shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts established in Tamaulipas, Mexico, expressly waiving any other jurisdiction that might correspond due to present or future domiciles.
